Dominique Roberson

Hi, I’m Dominique Roberson, an education professional passionate about building dynamic learning environments where every child can thrive. I have years of experience working across early childhood education, marketing, administration, and research, blending creativity with a strong commitment to growth and innovation.

 

Currently based in Durham, NC, I’m pursuing my Master of Arts in Educational Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral and Social Sciences from North Carolina Central University.

 

As a second-generation leader (G2) in my family’s early childhood education enterprise, I bring a unique perspective to both education and business. I’ve helped grow and modernize our family brand through strategic marketing, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to quality child care. Whether I’m leading a classroom, building a brand, or conducting research, my focus is always on promoting positive development, supporting families, and advancing education in meaningful ways.

 

Outside of work, I’m passionate about leadership development, community engagement, and exploring new places. Traveling inspires me to bring fresh ideas and diverse perspectives into everything I do, both personally and professionally.
